Earthing, also known as "grounding," refers to contact with the Earth's surface electrons by walking barefoot outside and connecting with nature. It transfers the "grounding" energy of the earth and serves to "ground" us, allowing us to feel rooted, centered and supported, and it relates to the Root Chakra.

When you're unable to walk barefoot in nature, you can also ground indoors with a conductive grounding mat. They are meant to bring a connection to earth indoors by connecting via a wire to the ground port of an electrical outlet.

Use this conductive mat under your computer keyboard, under your feet while sitting, standing, exercising, sleeping, etc. allowing you to ground while resting on it. Your pet may even benefit from laying on it! It comes with an approximate 27in x 10in mat and a 16-foot grounding cord (standard or USB).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you will have within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
